Cañas Racket is seeking a dedicated and energetic Padel Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in coaching padel for players of all ages and skill levels.
Position Summary
Deliver exceptional padel experiences through top-quality instruction and outstanding customer service. This full-time position involves teaching various padel programs, such as junior classes, private lessons, clinics, and special events.
Essential Duties
- Provide instruction for players at all skill levels, from beginner to advanced, in both private and group settings.
- Promote and lead padel clinics, private lessons, events, and programs to engage and retain clients.
- Educate players on padel rules, scoring systems, safety procedures, and court etiquette.
- Enforce facility policies and ensure proper use of equipment and resources.
- Maintain court conditions to ensure a high-quality playing environment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client questions, feedback, and concerns.
- Incorporate safe work practices into all activities.
- Exhibit professionalism, courtesy, and hospitality in all interactions.
- Take on additional responsibilities as required.
Physical Demands
- Frequent standing, walking, handling equipment, and engaging in physical activities such as climbing, balancing, kneeling, or crouching.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment
- Primarily outdoor work in moderate noise conditions.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficiency in English (to communicate with clients, collaborate with team members, or use English-language materials).
